SUMMARY MONITORING OVERVIEW PROGRESS IN IMPLEMENTING SDG-4: “ENSURE INCLUSIVE AND EQUITABLE QUALITY EDUCATION AND PROMOTE LIFE-LONG LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL” IN TAJIKISTAN

The purpose of this report is to summarize the results of the independent monitoring of progress towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal-4 (SDG) targets “Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all” with a focus on adult education in the three project cities and districts: Dushanbe, Penjikent and Rasht district, relying on the experience of two public organizations-“Association of Adult Education of Tajikistan” and “League of Women with Disabilities “Ishtirok”.

Six-day ToT from August 2–7, 2019 was conducted at the Training and Methodology and Learning Quality Monitoring Center at the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan.
